Small orders will be shipped through courier services i.e. DHL, TNT, FEDEX etc. and shipping time will be approximately 3 – 4 working days. Customers will be able to opt for the carrier of their choosing. Shipping charges will be applicable.
Bulk orders will be shipped through cargo by AIR or SEA depending on the volume of the order and upon customers demand. It will be decided at the time of order placement. By Air it will take 3 – 7 days port to port and by Sea it will take 25 – 30 days port to port depending on the destination place of delivery.
Delivery time will depend on the order quantity, normal production time will be around 3 – 4 weeks. In some cases the production time may vary.
On occasions we may experience delay in the shipment of your order, in such cases you will be notified via email by info@toughxsports.com
